This privacy policy explains how CabbiCore collects, uses, and protects information when you use the CabbiCore Portal, CabbiCore Plugin, and related services (the “Services”).

Information we collect

Account and contact details provided by fleet teams.
Contact email addresses supplied with plugin feature-access requests, together with the requesting fleet, feature, iCabbi user label, source page, request status, and decision history.
Operational data processed through iCabbi integrations (such as voucher, promo, or booking-related data).
Where a fleet enables rule-removal history, audit details such as fleet, operator label, selected reason, comment, booking and driver references, status, locations, and event time.
Usage and diagnostics data to keep the Services reliable and secure.
Files or content you upload to support or automation workflows.

How we use information

To provide, operate, and improve the Services.
To connect with iCabbi APIs and other integrations you enable.
To provide support, troubleshooting, and service updates.
To notify CabbiCore administrators of access requests and, where configured for a requested feature, send the requester an optional subscription offer.
To administer subscriptions, one-off payments, time-limited feature grants, receipts, renewals, cancellations, and failed-payment access controls.
To maintain security, auditing, and compliance requirements.

Integrations and third parties

The Services integrate with third-party platforms (such as iCabbi, Voucherify, and payment providers). Data shared with those providers is limited to what is necessary to deliver the requested functionality.

Payments and card details

Payments are processed by Stripe. CabbiCore does not store full card details on our servers. Stripe securely stores your payment method and provides us with identifiers and limited billing information needed to manage subscriptions, one-off charges, receipts, payment status, and feature entitlements.

Data retention

We retain account, access-request, billing, entitlement, audit, rule-removal history (where enabled), and payment records for as long as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Locally remembered plugin preferences, such as a feature-request contact email and bulk-request delay, remain in the relevant Chrome profile until changed or extension data is removed. You can request changes or deletion where applicable.

Security

We apply technical and organisational safeguards to protect data, including access controls and secure storage practices.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
